DOF Subsea is seeking an Offshore HSE Supervisor to ensure the safety and health of offshore personnel and project operations. You will provide critical support and guidance to offshore asset teams, working closely with the onshore HSE department to develop and deliver compliant, safe operations.
What You'll Do
- Visit vessels in the Gulf of Mexico, Trinidad, and Guyana during port calls, mobilizations, and demobilizations.
- Provide internal training per DOF's competence matrix, including systems like Unisea, TM Master, OCS, and DOF Workbook.
- Deliver training and advice on DOF's Risk Assessment and Permit to Work procedures and system.
- Ensure annual control and re-certification of safety equipment according to working and rescue at height standards.
- Carry out Permit to Work audits during onboard visits.
- Report all vessel visits in Unisea and forward findings to the HSEQ Manager and VP of Subsea.
- Submit course certificates to the course department following training sessions.
- Review vessel Safety Observation Cards, JSAs, and TBTs.
- Inspect Work at Height and Fall Rescue Equipment.
- Manage PPE inventory.
- Be 'hands on' with the practical performance of safety operations.
- Focus on lifting operations and dropped object prevention initiatives.
- Promote safety reporting culture.
- Liaise with Contractor HSE personnel to implement DOF and Project HSEQ procedures.
- Participate in or lead incident investigations.
- Participate in and execute walkabouts, inspections, and audits to ensure findings are closed.
- Ensure all HSE requirements from the IMS are implemented onboard (meetings, hygiene inspections, walkthroughs, drills).
- Execute training, follow up on campaigns, and support the onshore HSEQ department as required.
- Assist Project Managers, Offshore Managers, and HSEQ in preparing and revising vessel Risk Assessments.
- Contribute to the HSEQ Department by performing internal audits, training sessions, and procedure revisions.
- Participate in HSEQ meetings when required.
What We're Looking For
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience sailing on offshore support or construction vessels.
- Valid and current offshore medical certificate acceptable in the region of employment.
- Valid and current offshore survival certificate acceptable in the region of employment.
- Valid and current driver's license and passport.

Work Mode
