Grupo Bancolombia is looking for an Officer I - Credit Risk, Capital Markets and Treasury to ensure comprehensive and timely management of financial risks. The role provides strategic, technical, and analytical support to business units by evaluating, monitoring, and controlling credit risk exposures.
What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and monitor the functions of the Treasury Credit Risk area.
- Ensure comprehensive and timely management of financial risks.
- Provide strategic support to various business units.
- Evaluate, monitor, and control risks from a technical and analytical perspective.
- Contribute to informed decision-making aligned with internal policies and risk appetite.
- Actively participate in the analysis of exposures, limits, counterparties, and operations.
- Promote good risk management practices.
- Strengthen internal controls.
- Support the sustainable growth of the business.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 1 to 5 years of previous experience using Bloomberg.
- 1 to 5 years of previous experience using PowerBI.
- 1 to 5 years of previous experience demonstrating analytical capacity.
- 1 to 5 years of previous experience with Credit Risk knowledge.
- At least 18 months in your current position (for internal candidates).
