CHS Inc. is hiring a Senior Office Services Coordinator for Print Production & Graphic Design to ensure high-quality production of print and digital materials while upholding brand standards. You’ll combine creative layout skills with technical file preparation knowledge, customer service, and an understanding of print and mail operations.
What You'll Do
- Review incoming job requests for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to CHS brand standards.
- Edit and prepare files for print and digital output using approved design tools and templates.
- Troubleshoot file issues related to color profiles, resolution, bleeds, and imposition for optimal quality.
- Partner with internal clients to refine artwork or content as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of CHS brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all work.
- Liaise with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to gather requirements and consult on design options.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat engagement.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve design outcomes, efficiency, and client experience.
- Serve as primary backup support for job planning, ticket creation, scheduling, and workflow prioritization.
- Assist in print production, finishing, packaging, and job distribution.
- Support post-production tasks including QA checks, labeling, assembly, and mail services.
- Utilize internal systems to process, track, and close jobs accurately.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement, automation, or standardization.
- Adapt to expanded role expectations as organizational strategy evolves.
- Maintain a strong safety culture by following all policies, identifying hazards, and correcting unsafe conditions.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, print production, or supporting in-house print/mail operations.
- High School diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
- Experience with MS Office, Fiery Command WorkStation, digital press environments, and print production equipment.
- Experience with print production finishing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality assurance skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive materials with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong creative and technical skill set.
