What We're Seeking
The Administrative Coordinator is instrumental in maintaining seamless organizational functionality. This role encompasses comprehensive support for workplace dynamics, resource management, event coordination, and cultivating an exceptional professional environment. The position serves as a pivotal nexus for administrative requirements while nurturing a productive workplace ecosystem.
The role requires physical presence Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 18:00.
Responsibilities include:
Office Operations:
• Oversee daily workspace management, ensuring optimal organization and maintenance
• Partner with Facilities Team for procurement of supplies, furniture, and equipment
• Manage maintenance and repair coordination with external vendors
• Supervise cleaning personnel to maintain pristine workplace standards
Employee Support:
• Function as primary communication channel for office-related inquiries
• Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new team members
Supply Management:
• Monitor and replenish inventory systematically
• Negotiate vendor contracts and track supply-related expenditures
• Maintain comprehensive financial documentation
Lunch Coordination:
• Orchestrate employee meal logistics
• Optimize meal-related budgetary allocations
• Collect and integrate team feedback
Service Desk Functions:
• Triage and delegate administrative requests
• Ensure timely task completion
• Provide transparent communication regarding request status
Event Planning:
• Design engaging team-building activities
• Manage logistical elements for organizational gatherings
Workplace Experience:
• Champion initiatives enhancing team environment
• Collect and implement improvement suggestions
Financial Oversight:
• Support budgetary planning
• Process invoices and track expenditures
• Negotiate cost-effective vendor agreements
Policy Compliance:
