LiveKit is hiring an Office / Employee Experience Manager

About the Role

LiveKit is hiring an Office & Employee Experience Manager to be the hands-on lead for launching our new San Francisco office and enhancing the workplace for our hybrid teams. You'll have high autonomy to build our physical presence from the ground up and own day-to-day operations once it's live.

What You'll Do

  • Support the setup and launch of our San Francisco office.
  • Manage all ongoing office operations, including maintenance, security, vendors, and supplies.
  • Handle mail, packages, and IT device shipping and receiving logistics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees, visitors, and candidates.
  • Support onsite interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events, including offsites, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Manage internal branding for People programs like onboarding swag and recognition initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues proactively and continuously improve office and employee experience processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or employee experience roles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable representing the company to employees, vendors, candidates, and visitors.
  • Proactive problem-solver with hands-on operational and employee experience experience.
  • Experienced in coordinating events, offsites, and employee engagement programs.
  • Comfortable assisting with IT logistics, shipping, and receiving equipment as needed.
  • Able to work onsite in San Francisco, with occasional flexibility for events or vendor coordination.

Team & Environment

You'll partner closely with Design, Finance, IT teams, and external vendors.
