About the Role

Always Friday is looking for an Office & Business Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across our operations. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, directly supporting the CEO, finance team, logistics manager, and overall office operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
  • Support project tracking and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist the finance function with invoicing, expense tracking, and payment schedules.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely billing and payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support basic reporting.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Manager to support shipping, customs documentation, and order tracking.
  • Maintain supplier and freight forwarder communication to resolve issues quickly.
  • Keep product and shipment records up to date in company systems.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and day-to-day facility needs.
  • Organise company files, both digital and physical, for easy access.
  • Coordinate internal communications and team activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to all departments as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration, executive assistance, or business coordination roles.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with logistics or finance administration.

Team & Environment

You'll join a small, tight-knit team of 1-10 employees, providing direct support to the CEO, finance team, and logistics manager.
