Superior Fence & Rail is hiring an Office Assistant to provide key support for customer service, scheduling, and daily administrative operations. You will act as a central point for customer communication and help coordinate tasks to keep our sales and leadership teams organized and efficient.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Provide service, pricing, and appointment information.
- Schedule consultations and installation appointments.
- Qualify potential clients using provided scripts.
- Request customer feedback and reviews after project completion.
- Support sales staff with scheduling and follow-ups.
- Track tasks and appointment completion.
- Maintain calendars and customer records.
- Assist in internal coordination and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules.
- Professional English fluency.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Professional remote setup and reliable internet.
- Strong Zoom presence and professional communication.
Technical Stack
- RingCentral or similar communication tools.
- CRM and scheduling platforms.
- Spreadsheet and data entry skills.

You will assist leadership and sales teams to maintain organized and efficient operations.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: USD 1,200 - 1,500 per month.
