Nagarro is looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team serving clients in Iberia. You will lead full-cycle Odoo implementations, manage client expectations, and design critical business flows. In this dynamic, non-hierarchical environment, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Financial and Accounting processes, ensuring the system meets strict accounting standards and complex reporting needs.

What You'll Do

Lead projects from the 'Kick-off' phase to 'Go-Live,' following Odoo implementation methodologies.
Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo standard features.
Create functional blueprints and define workflows covering Sales, Inventory, and Purchase operations.
Identify gaps in standard Odoo features and propose functional workarounds or define clear technical requirements.
Lead the configuration of the Chart of Accounts, Journals, Tax Rules, and Fiscal Positions for client localization.
Optimize and configure critical financial processes like Bank Reconciliation models, Asset Management, and Deferred Revenues/Expenses.
Design cost center structures and analytic distribution for granular profitability analysis.
Configure dynamic Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and executive dashboards within Odoo.
Ensure correct integration between Operations and Finance, guaranteeing Stock Valuation, Invoicing, and Landed Costs generate correct Journal Entries.
Supervise the import of master data and critical financial data such as Opening Balances and Aged Receivables/Payables.
Deliver tailored training sessions for distinct audiences, from sales teams to CFOs.
Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing and provide functional support in the critical first weeks after Go-Live.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant on Odoo projects.
Advanced knowledge of Odoo versions 14, 15, 16, or 17.
Strong understanding of general accounting principles (Debits/Credits, Accrual basis, Cost of Goods Sold).
Excellent communication skills, ability to manage difficult clients, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
