Ocean Getaways, a luxury travel brand with over 40 years of legacy, is seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital content across social media, newsletters, and the website. This full-time, fully remote role emphasizes high-quality writing, refined storytelling, and brand consistency for a clientele that values discretion, elegance, and exceptional experiences.
What You'll Do
- Write polished, brand-appropriate copy for social media posts, newsletters, captions, short articles, and marketing materials
- Develop UHNW-focused storytelling that reflects luxury, discretion, and experiential value
- Adapt tone and messaging for multiple audiences (UHNW clients, travel advisors, corporate planners)
- Manage content publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, website, and Zoho
- Build and maintain structured content calendars
- Maintain luxury brand standards, confidentiality, and editorial consistency
- Use AI tools responsibly to increase productivity while applying professional judgment
- Prepare and adapt visual assets using Canva and Lightroom
- Collaborate on video content as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Refine and update content and visuals on the website’s Lifestyle and Destination pages to better appeal to UHNW audiences
- Support broader marketing initiatives through written and visual content
What We're Looking For
- Strong foundational skills in writing and content marketing
- Ability to bring structure and sound judgment to content execution
- High-quality execution, alignment, and follow-through on brand messaging
- Experience creating, managing, and publishing content across social media channels, newsletters, and websites
- Proficiency in adapting tone for luxury, discreet, and experiential audiences
- Ability to work within defined strategic direction set by internal leadership
- Daily schedule must overlap at least 6 hours with 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM EDT (Miami time)
- Full-time availability - minimum 40 hours per week
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and editorial consistency

- Familiarity with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client expectations and communication styles
- Background in storytelling with a focus on emotional resonance and lifestyle branding
