Responsibilities
- Lead simulation-based learning activities, including managing equipment, restocking supplies, and preparing and cleaning lab spaces
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in nursing concepts tested on the NCLEX-RN and current clinical practices to support student learning
- Support the design and delivery of Next Generation NCLEX preparation materials and training sessions
- Model professional conduct and accountability by consistently demonstrating respect, clear communication, and service excellence
- Track and report student academic and extracurricular progress toward program goals to academic leadership and retention teams
- Help design and execute realistic clinical scenarios using high-fidelity patient simulators for educational purposes
- Organize and oversee laboratory sessions to ensure alignment with course learning objectives
- Staff open lab hours and provide direct supervision for students practicing or remediating essential nursing skills
- Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring to support student comprehension and success
- Engage in proactive outreach to support students identified as academically at-risk
- Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and academic standards
