Nuclear Care Partners is looking for a Nurse to provide skilled, in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. Join our mission-driven team delivering compassionate, one-on-one care directly in patients' homes.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in the state of [Insert State]
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
