Corewell Health is looking for a Nurse Tech to join the Pediatric Emergency Department team, delivering quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider. You will perform essential clinical tasks and serve as a key communicator of patient observations.
What You'll Do
- Collect and report patient and family needs in coordination with the RN or Provider.
- Perform patient care tasks including taking vitals, checking blood sugars, bed bathing, ambulating, wound care, and catheterization.
- Act as a safety attendant for patients.
- Ensure required documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required within 90 days.

This is an onsite position located at Helen Devos Children's Hospital - 100 Michigan St NE - Grand Rapids.
