What You'll Do
Evaluate patient cases submitted through a secure digital platform, assessing medical histories to determine treatment eligibility and issuing prescriptions when appropriate. Engage with patients directly through secure messaging when clarification is needed, ensuring accurate and compassionate care.
Help refine clinical processes to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes at scale. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to identify challenges and co-develop practical solutions that improve the overall care journey.
