Novakid School is looking for a Novashop Manager (E-Commerce) to lead our internal e-commerce platform that serves a global community of 100,000+ customers, 5,000+ teachers, and 500+ employees. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our branded merchandise, from selection and creation to global distribution and the management of our internal currency system.
What You'll Do
- Select and create high-quality merchandise that employees and customers will want to wear and use.
- Optimize the Novashop storefront to make it easy for users to find, choose, and buy items.
- Source the best manufacturers to achieve premium quality at an optimal price.
- Manage the domestic currency (Stars) sales, making it interesting to earn and fun to spend.
- Run gamification programs and challenges to maintain team and customer excitement.
- Arrange worldwide shipping of merchandise to employees across Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and other regions.
- Solve customs issues to ensure packages are delivered quickly and without hassle.
- Monitor delivery speed and costs to ensure efficient logistics processes.
- Measure results, report on them, and implement continuous improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing an online store with a complex, global supply chain.
- Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines while coordinating across different time zones.
- Understanding that merchandise is a powerful tool for building and reinforcing company culture.
