Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Norwegian Speaking Talent Support Officer. In this role, you'll support international recruitment by sourcing and engaging Norwegian-speaking candidates. The position involves relocating to Cape Town and includes a 3-month, fully paid training period in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Source and engage Norwegian-speaking candidates from various backgrounds.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine qualifications and suitability.
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements.
- Facilitate strong candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.
- Participate actively in team meetings to share insights and improve talent support initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
- A friendly and engaging attitude towards assisting candidates.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Cape Town.
