Responsibilities
- Manage the entire software implementation lifecycle for Norwegian-speaking clients, guaranteeing a streamlined transition and integration.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of client needs to tailor software solutions precisely.
- Deliver extensive training for clients on software functionality and optimal strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to quickly address and resolve implementation challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of each implementation process and client communications within our CRM system.
- Gather and evaluate client insights post-implementation to drive continuous service enhancement.
- Remain updated on emerging software developments and industry trends to provide exceptional client support.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in written communication.
- Proven background in software implementation or project management is advantageous.
- Advanced technical expertise with comprehensive software application understanding.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
- Capacity to conduct compelling training sessions and provide responsive user assistance.
- Robust analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated experience managing CRM platforms and client data.
