Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Frontline Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Norwegian-speaking clientele across multiple channels. You’ll be a key part of a multicultural, service-focused team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality frontline support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to enhance their experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold top-tier service standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and contribute to best practices.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide precise information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer skills.
