Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Fashion Customer Support Agent to provide outstanding customer experiences for a prestigious fashion brand. You will be the key point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, offering personalized styling advice and ensuring a smooth shopping journey.
What You'll Do
- Assist Norwegian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, orders, and general brand-related questions via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and complex inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to facilitate follow-up and service improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to stay informed about product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Gather customer feedback for service and product enhancements and suggest improvements to the team.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and brand offerings to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
- Strong passion for fashion and a keen interest in current trends.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple communication channels effectively.
Work Mode
This is a remote position, and you must be based in Greece.
