About the Role

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Norwegian-speaking Corporate Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional support to corporate clients. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking business customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver support to Norwegian-speaking corporate clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service-related issues.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met professionally.
  • Inform corporate customers about company products and services to maximize satisfaction and engagement.
  • Record all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B context.
  • Strong understanding of corporate customer requirements and a professional approach to service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service applications and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
