Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Airline Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking airline passengers. You'll handle inquiries and resolve issues related to flights, bookings, cancellations, and modifications through phone, email, and chat.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist passengers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Effectively resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers with professionalism and care.
- Stay knowledgeable about airline services, policies, and updates to deliver accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on service standards and improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
- A passion for travel and helping customers achieve an enjoyable experience.
