Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive team. This remote role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations through managing communications, performing basic bookkeeping, and handling general administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow for the executive team
- Draft, proofread, and send professional emails and correspondence
- Assist with banking-related tasks, including payments, tracking expenses, and maintaining records
- Perform light bookkeeping duties such as updating financial logs, organizing receipts, and monitoring budgets
- Maintain organized digital files and documents
- Coordinate schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
- Support special projects and other tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting tools is an advantage
