Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading e-commerce platform. In this remote role based in Greece, you will provide exemplary customer service in German, directly contributing to an outstanding shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide detailed assistance with order processing, returns, and refunds.
- Address inquiries about product specifications, shipping options, and payment methods.
- Resolve complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and marketing to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and platform features.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Nice to Have
