Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Airline Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional remote support to airline passengers. You will be the key point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist passengers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Effectively resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers with professionalism and care.
- Stay knowledgeable about airline services, policies, and updates to deliver accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on service standards and improvements.

- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
