Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to support Booking.com customers, working remotely from Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking travelers, assisting them with their booking inquiries and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide accurate information about accommodations, services, and local attractions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Stay updated on Booking.com products and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

- Proficiency in English is a plus.
