Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Customer Advisor to provide high-quality customer support for a leading household appliances company. You will work remotely from anywhere in Greece, serving German-speaking clients through multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries regarding household appliances.
- Assist customers with product information, order placements, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience with the brand.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain an organized record.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and respond to customer feedback.
- Stay informed about the latest products and trends in household appliances to provide knowledgeable assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent proficiency in German.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in technical support, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience to handle customer inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring you to be based anywhere in Greece.
