Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Norwegian Customer Support Consultant to deliver exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking clients. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact, resolving inquiries and enhancing the overall customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries ranging from product information to issue resolution.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on satisfactory resolution.
- Document customer interactions to support team performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service offerings.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and policies to effectively support customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers positively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and support.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is preferable.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
