Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Norwegian Customer Support Advisor for delivery services. You will provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking clients, resolving inquiries and issues about deliveries entirely remotely from anywhere in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding delivery services, timelines, and tracking information.
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to address and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay informed about service updates and company policies to provide accurate support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian, both oral and written.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Ability to work independently from a remote location while managing multiple customer requests.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and helping customers succeed.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in customer support roles, particularly in delivery or logistics services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
