Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Norwegian Customer Consultant to support Norwegian-speaking users of a leading streaming platform. You will be the voice of the brand, ensuring a positive user experience by resolving inquiries and technical issues.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience.
- Keep abreast of services and updates to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Genuine enthusiasm for streaming services and helping customers.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in tech or entertainment sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar customer support tools.
