Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian with accuracy and professionalism
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and support cases
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate technical teams
- Follow established procedures for issue resolution and service delivery
- Work across different time zones to support regional client needs
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
- Assist in translating support materials when necessary
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Monitor ticket queues and respond within defined service level agreements
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates
- Communicate service outages or delays to affected users
- Support onboarding of new customers when required
- Document recurring issues for product improvement recommendations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving focus
- Use CRM tools to manage and track support requests
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure closure
- Report performance metrics to team leads regularly
- Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic support environment
- Contribute to knowledge base content in Norwegian
