RemoteVA PH is hiring a Product Information Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize all product data. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product specifications, features, and content are accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal standards to elevate overall quality.
What You'll Do
- Manage and update product data, specifications, and features with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all product information aligns with internal guidelines and measurement standards.
- Organize, analyze, and refine large volumes of data using advanced Excel functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify details and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support the optimization and presentation of product content across various formats.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product data management or a closely related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with data management best practices, measurement standards, and product specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Copywriting or creative writing skills.
- Knowledge of preparing and organizing Excel files for data merge in Adobe InDesign.
