Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to customers from the Nordic region. This role is based in Athens, Greece, where you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries via multiple channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services to provide expert guidance.
- Document interactions and maintain records within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and supporting their needs.
