Thrive Protocol is hiring a Marketing Lead to execute our go-to-market strategy across web, social, partner, and product channels. This is an individual contributor-first role where you will shape campaign plans, own messaging, and drive execution to reach builders, DAOs, investors, and protocols.
What You'll Do
- Evolve and articulate Thrive's brand, voice, and top-of-funnel strategy.
- Design and execute a full-stack marketing system across content, social, PR, and growth.
- Own messaging across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, and partner channels.
- Collaborate on builder activations, wallet campaigns, and protocol incentive launches.
- Produce high-leverage assets: decks, posts, case studies, explainers, and growth reports.
- Manage contributor-facing announcements for product milestones and ecosystem deployments.
- Partner with ecosystem leads to deliver co-marketing and incentive-aligned campaigns.
- Maintain narrative consistency across internal launches and external media.
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics: reach, engagement, conversions, ecosystem impact.
- Partner cross-functionally to increase builder application volume and quality.
- Lead by doing — execute quickly while setting a high standard for creative and craft.
What We're Looking For
- Crypto-native with sharp instincts, creative range, and a bias toward action.
- 3–7 years in content, marketing, or growth roles.
- Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept to launch with minimal oversight.
- Strong writing chops - able to craft crisp, compelling copy across social, product, and partner contexts.
- Strategic thinker with an operator's discipline - grounded, fast, and highly self-directed.
- Deep fluency in crypto culture - memes, language, and narrative nuance.
- Comfortable working async and across tools like Notion, Telegram, Slack, and X.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in Web3 or fast-paced startups.
- Based in Lisbon or able to collaborate closely across EU time zones.
