As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of a well-established re/insurance company headquartered in Bermuda. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver objective, independent insight to support effective decision-making at the highest level, while remaining separate from daily operational management.
Strategic Oversight and Governance
You will contribute to the development and review of long-term business strategies, policies, and planning initiatives. This includes evaluating performance against objectives, challenging internal processes to ensure efficiency, and supporting robust corporate governance practices. Leadership and Engagement
- Actively participate in board discussions and decisions, including the appointment and evaluation of senior executives
