Progress is looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our NinjaOne sales team in Berlin. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, connecting with and educating prospects, and qualifying leads. The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with our French-speaking customers.
What You'll Do
- Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections.
- Research, document and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce.
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information is communicated appropriately.
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to work.
- Handle other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals.
- Organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills.
- Proficient with technology.
- Able to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks.
