WCIV NEWS is looking for a News Photographer to produce creative and compelling video stories across our digital, social media, and television platforms. This full-time role involves shooting, editing, and covering a diverse range of news content on a daily basis.
What You'll Do
- Produce and share compelling stories for digital platforms, social media, and television
- Cover a wide variety of news assignments
- Shoot and edit general assignment stories for all our media platforms
- Work effectively under tight daily deadlines
What We're Looking For
- A team player who can produce quality stories under tight deadlines
- A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to operate ENG news vehicles
- Proven ability to edit and shoot general assignment stories for digital media, social media, and television
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Capable of lifting and carrying between 25 and 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Strong editing skills in non-linear edit systems
- Excellent people skills, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude
- A genuine passion for storytelling
