Coppel Enterprise is looking for a New Customer Acquisition Analyst to manage the performance of our digital acquisition funnel. In this role, you will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and propose full-funnel optimization strategies to ensure we meet our goals for acquiring new customers through digital channels and our app.
What You'll Do
- Execute full-funnel (Upper, Mid, Lower) optimization strategies by rigorously monitoring real-time conversion KPIs to accelerate new customer acquisition.
- Analyze the performance of paid and unpaid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, direct traffic, SEO), banners, and landing pages to improve the generation of quality prospects and leads.
- Analyze traffic data from digital campaigns, identifying actionable insights to improve funnel performance.
- Verify the proper execution of CRO strategies, evaluating each touchpoint in the user journey to eliminate friction and improve user experience.
- Consolidate performance information across Paid, Owned, SEO, and Product channels, managing key stakeholders to align reporting and executive presentations.
- Standardize dashboards and tracking controls through daily reporting of key acquisition indicators.
- Optimize onboarding flows and digital origination for financial products (primarily in-app), using heatmaps, session recordings, creatives, and A/B tests.
- Consolidate insights from 1st and 3rd Party Data strategies through cohort and audience analysis to capitalize on Upper Funnel traffic and drive conversion.
