This role focuses on driving sales growth by developing client relationships and generating new job orders. The individual will work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill assignments and expand the business through strategic outreach and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a targeted list of potential clients to build long-term relationships.
- Engage in proactive outreach using phone calls, emails, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods to identify opportunities.
- Secure new job orders on a weekly basis in alignment with performance goals.
- Track all client interactions, activities, and notes in Bullhorn to support business development planning and growth.
- Work with team members to identify cross-selling opportunities and fill open roles across service areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Up to 18 months of experience in technology sales or staffing.
Nice to Have
- Active involvement in the IT community is beneficial.
- Participation in networking groups is a plus.
