Pacific Life is hiring a New Business Case Manager I to support the M Channel. This role is key to the company's growth, focusing on providing exceptional customer service, operations support, and problem resolution to producers, policy owners, broker/dealer back-offices, and other customers.
What You'll Do
- Gather information about product capabilities relative to specific customer needs.
- Review customer inquiries, problems, requests, and suggestions to determine appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate customer claims, initiate billing adjustments, and arrange product substitutions and returns.
- Research and provide problem resolution, detailed information on services, and assistance with paperwork and technical inquiries.
- Resolve most customer concerns and problems using established procedures.
- Navigate and process efficiently within multiple operational systems.

- Adept at learning new technical skills and systems.
Nice to Have
- Strong customer skills with 2-5 years’ experience in a related customer service role.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
