What You'll Do
Engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital channels to share accurate, up-to-date information about neuroscience-focused pharmaceuticals. Build trusted relationships by delivering relevant clinical content and responding to inquiries in alignment with regulatory standards.
Organize and lead educational speaker events and facilitate peer discussions among local provider groups to exchange real-world insights on treatment approaches and patient outcomes. Connect providers with internal support teams when appropriate, ensuring seamless access to resources.
Collect and share frontline feedback from providers with leadership to help shape local business planning and outreach strategies. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to refine engagement models and improve outreach effectiveness based on market dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
- Four or more years of direct sales experience engaging healthcare professionals, preferably with multi-product portfolios
- Background in commercial life sciences or related field with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex clinical data
- Proven ability to mentor or guide colleagues in professional settings
- Strong adaptability in evolving, fast-paced environments
- Commitment to compliance, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory guidelines
- Must live within 50 miles of the assigned territory’s primary city
