What You'll Do
Engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital channels to discuss neuroscience therapies and their approved uses. Share accurate, on-label information about treatment options and connect providers with appropriate support resources when needed.
Organize and lead educational events with local provider groups, facilitating discussions on patient outcomes and care practices. Relay key market insights and feedback to regional leadership to help shape local strategies and improve service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach approaches based on real-world interactions. Use clinical and sales data to guide conversations and adjust engagement plans in alignment with evolving business objectives.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
- Four or more years of direct sales experience with healthcare providers, preferably managing multiple products
- Proven ability to interpret and explain complex medical information clearly and accurately
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Residency within 50 miles of the primary city in the assigned territory
- Comfort working in evolving environments with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in central nervous system (CNS) disorders, psychiatry, or ADHD
- Background launching new products or expanding into new therapeutic indications
Technical Stack
Utilize virtual engagement platforms, digital communication tools, promotional resources, clinical references, and sales data systems to support outreach and reporting activities.
Work Mode
This role requires local presence within 50 miles of the primary city in the territory. Some overnight travel may be necessary depending on geographic scope.
