This role focuses on advancing patient care by engaging healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital interactions. As a Neuroscience Specialist, you will deliver accurate, on-label information about central nervous system (CNS) therapies and approved conditions, ensuring HCPs have access to current clinical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain professional outreach to healthcare providers using compliant digital and virtual platforms.
- Share relevant clinical data and treatment guidance, directing inquiries to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Support educational initiatives such as speaker programs and peer-led discussions among provider groups.
- Collect and communicate local market feedback to leadership to help shape regional strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine outreach approaches based on real-world insights.
- Stay current with product information, regulatory standards, and patient care guidelines to ensure accurate communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; four or more years preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare providers across multiple product lines.
- Proven ability to interpret and convey complex medical information clearly.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Residency within 50 miles of Portland OR, Salem OR, or Beaverton OR.
- Comfort operating in evolving environments with shifting priorities.
Preferred Background
- Experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD therapeutics.
- Track record launching new products or expanding indications.
Work Environment
This position blends field-based engagement with virtual interactions. Travel may include overnight stays depending on territory needs. The role requires adherence to compliance standards and ethical business practices.
Compensation & Benefits
