What You'll Do
In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for healthcare providers, delivering accurate, on-label information about neuroscience therapies and their approved uses. You'll connect with providers through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and digital platforms, ensuring they have access to up-to-date clinical data and patient care guidance.
You'll organize and lead educational events and speaker programs, fostering dialogue among provider groups to exchange real-world experiences and treatment outcomes. When customer needs extend beyond your scope, you’ll direct them to appropriate internal partners, such as Customer Service Specialists, to ensure timely resolution.
Insights gathered from provider interactions will be shared with leadership to shape local market strategies and improve engagement approaches. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to refine outreach plans and ensure alignment with evolving business goals. Your input will help guide how the organization responds to regional trends and clinical developments.
Requirements
You must have at least four years of experience in sales to healthcare providers, with a background in pharmaceuticals or medical devices. A minimum of two years in the industry is required, and prior work in commercial life sciences with cross-functional collaboration is expected. You should be comfortable in dynamic environments and capable of interpreting and conveying complex medical information clearly and accurately.
Residency within 50 miles of Columbus, OH or Newark, OH is necessary to support local territory needs. A valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, as travel within the region—and occasional overnight trips—may be part of the role. Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with regulatory and company policies is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in central nervous system (CNS) disorders, psychiatry, or ADHD is highly valued. Prior involvement in launching new products or expanding indications will strengthen your candidacy.

Work Mode
This is a locally based position serving the Columbus, OH and Newark, OH areas. Some overnight travel may be required based on territory demands.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $107,362 to $166,750 annually, with additional incentive opportunities available. Equity is not included in the compensation package.
