The Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) is responsible for expanding territory sales and cultivating strategic customer relationships through targeted product promotion and comprehensive business management.
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional customer insight, market understanding, and analytical capabilities. They should excel in sales development, strategic business management, and customer engagement across in-person and virtual platforms. Strong communication, technological proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for effectively addressing customer needs and achieving Pfizer's objectives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accelerates sales performance in designated territory.
· Facilitates customer interactions through multiple channels.
· Designs and executes comprehensive business and territory engagement strategies.
· Establishes robust customer relationships using digital and interpersonal tools.
· Interprets internal analytics to identify strategic business opportunities.
· Leverages product knowledge to educate providers about therapeutic value propositions.
· Collaborates effectively across organizational boundaries.
· Maintains administrative compliance and timeliness.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree.
· Minimum 2 years experience in:
- Professional Sales/Promotional Activities
- Entrepreneurial Ventures
- Healthcare/Scientific Roles
- Educational Positions
- Military Service
- Must reside within 25 miles of territory border
- Valid US driver's license meeting company standards
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 1+ year pharmaceutical/medical sales experience
· Proven sales/marketing track record
· Territory management expertise
· Disease state familiarity
· Deep understanding of local market dynamics
· Territory residency
