GE HealthCare is looking for a Neurology Sales Manager, Alzheimer’s to lead the US strategy and sales team for our Alzheimer's PET Amyloid Imaging Agent (Vizamyl). You will be responsible for growing sales revenue, driving product differentiation, and executing commercial strategy within the Alzheimer's care area. You will drive commercial excellence by leading a sales team focused on imaging centers and referring physician education.
What You'll Do
- Achieve quarterly and yearly Operating Plan targets for your region, including orders, sales, and contribution margin.
- Set appropriate Operating Plan targets for team members based on market potential.
- Understand the dynamic PET Amyloid space and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities and execute go-to-market strategy.
- Understand and prioritize key call points, including imaging centers, referring physicians, and pharmacy partners.
- Leverage referring physician education and office-based resources to impact referrals to imaging centers using Vizamyl.
- Collaborate with pharmacy partners to support the delivery of Vizamyl and create a high-quality customer experience.
- Manage relationships with key customers and accounts requiring executive-level communication.
- Lead strategy and help close large or critically strategic opportunities.
- Provide Voice of Customer feedback and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Attend key conferences to represent Vizamyl.
- Drive collaboration and a one GEHC mindset with counterparts and their sales teams.
- Attract, retain, educate, and develop commercial talent; drive performance management and employee engagement.
- Coach sales teams on utilizing GEHC CRM Salesforce to create and manage opportunities.
- Communicate and leverage Variable Sales Incentive plans with the team; ensure use of sales systems for pipeline visibility.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation.
- A collaborative approach to working cross-functionally and building teams.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, account planning, funnel management, analytical, data-driven, and forecasting skills.
- Willingness to travel 20-50% for customer meetings, conferences, team meetings, and team development.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in molecular imaging.
- Healthcare experience, with a specialty in neurology.
- At least 2 years of prior sales management experience.
- Direct and/or indirect management experience; experience managing in a matrix organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
