Solenis is hiring a Support Engineer to provide dedicated service and support to a large CPI customer in Northeast Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for working safely and ensuring the effective and economical utilization of Solenis chemicals and equipment.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with sales management to maintain chemical program performance and deliver value to our customer.
- Communicate with sales management regarding account activities to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Perform weekly reporting and inventory management to maintain oversight and accountability.
- Conduct necessary testing at the account to verify systems are treated and managed properly.
- Maintain all Solenis process instrumentation and chemical feed control systems, including basic care and troubleshooting.
- Proactively engage and address issues at customer sites, collaborating with sales management and customer teams to devise corrective strategies.
- Analyze data to evaluate program performance and aid in decision-making processes for ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with and support process owners in a factory environment to proactively lead and implement continuous improvements.

- Salary range: $69,000–$115,000 plus discretionary bonuses
