What You'll Do

Perform evaluations and re-evaluations to develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.
Discharge patients based on achievement of maximum benefit or in accordance with professional standards and payer guidelines.
Document and charge services accurately, completely, and promptly using objective, measurable terminology.
Identify and deliver patient and caregiver education, documenting understanding as appropriate.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support departmental quality standards.
Meet defined productivity standards through effective time management and clinical efficiency.
Apply age-specific knowledge to assess and modify care approaches across all patient age groups.
Adjust work hours and location as needed to accommodate patient census changes and support other programs.
Practice safety principles consistently to protect patients and staff.
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
Assist in promoting physical therapy services within the organization and broader community.
Foster professional growth and clinical excellence through evidence-based practice, research, and clinical education.

What We're Looking For

Entry-level professional competency in Physical Therapy practices, theory, principles, and applications.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend conversational English.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) license.
Current Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS).
