About the Role

SupportYourApp is hiring a Technical Support Consultant to provide expert technical support for our clientele in the SaaS, Software, and Hardware sectors. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the crucial link between our clients and their customers, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring a secure, positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Resolve support inquiries of various technical difficulties.
  • Gather data to ensure the required technical information is collected for complex tickets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services.
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Technical background related to networking (e.g., VPN, firewall, Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and working experience with an ISP.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience working directly with engineers.
  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
