Responsibilities
- Oversee and sustain network systems encompassing wide area networks, software-defined WAN, local area networks, and wireless networks
- Track network efficiency, volume capacity, and growth potential, applying enhancements as needed
- Support IT infrastructure initiatives by deploying technical solutions and setting up networking hardware
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain reliable functionality of local and wide area networks along with connected equipment
- Automate specific operational tasks and use artificial intelligence to assess their performance
- Develop standardized guidelines, documentation formats, and operational procedures
- Deliver technical expertise to assist software development and business operations teams
- Travel as necessary to assist with project execution and ongoing operations
