What We're Looking For We seek a skilled practitioner with substantial experience in delivering comprehensive service design projects. You'll create end-to-end, evidence-based designs focusing on inclusivity and accessibility, often working with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects requiring autonomy and strong project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Leading multidisciplinary teams and clients toward inclusive service design - Supporting service design team through inspiration and line management - Defining and refining design practice - Supporting new business development through client engagement Required Skills and Experience: - Systems thinking and strategic analysis - User research collaboration - User-centered journey design - Workshop facilitation - Organisational design understanding - Visual and written communication expertise - Stakeholder management - Prototype development - Complexity navigation - Proactive and autonomous approach - Knowledge of government digital service principles Work Environment We collaborate with central and local government, NHS, non-profit, and private sector organisations. Projects typically span 3-12 months, providing diverse professional experiences. Service designers participate in weekly team meetings, share insights, and receive support from senior team members. Qualifications We welcome applicants from varied professional backgrounds. Minimum requirement is a degree or relevant professional service design experience.
