From market assessment through requirements decomposition, build support, and final test verification, you'll ensure our Housing platform empowers customers to meet emerging challenges. Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research to understand legislative, regulatory, competitive, and economic trends - Become the subject matter expert in your product area - Collaborate with customers through co-design workshops, user groups, and meetings - Define customer business needs and objectives - Create requirements, user stories, and wireframes for new developments - Partner with Technical Authors to produce and review product documentation - Build business cases including market uptake, pricing, and margin analysis - Identify and manage third-party requirements - Define and maintain product roadmaps - Support Sales teams with bid responses, proposals, and quotations - Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences - Contribute to product launch activities This opportunity allows you to shape Housing Technology products and guide customers toward best practices. Future growth and progression within the Product Team await the successful candidate.
